Here's a few pictures of my temp controlled fermentation chamber that I recently completed! Can hold temps anywhere between 38f-75f. This could very well be the missing piece of the puzzle!! Prost!!

Does the fridge run a lot in order to keep up with the space? Just curious as I may copy your idea, it's the missing link in my system too and I can't afford the fancy stuff....

Here's the problem I ran into. I live in a humid climate, and the coil in the freezer compartment of the unit would ice over, then melt, and soak everything. When I finally dismantled it (because I just bought an on-sale chest freezer as a fermentation chamber), the layers between the insulation and osb were covered in mold.
