I seem to be breaking things all the time, so I must be your guy...lol. I have worked in the temperature controls field for more than 32 years and I believe that is one of the reasons behind my becoming a home-brewer. If you research YeasternStar on HomebrewTalk you will find that I have authored a brewery control software package that I use to control my RIMS. I have been trying to break my own program recently (with a great deal more success than I had hoped) in order to pare down the problems so that I can make it available to others without fear of constant malfunctions.
