Lack of receipt

Hi!

I purchased the two-year subscription and only got a confirmation, with no receipt. I need the receipt for my personal accounting. Is it possible to look into this?

I've tried twice to contact using the contact form, but not gotten any answer.

I have the same problem. what can I do?
 
Still no answer, which is a real shame. This is an important matter for me and my company as we need to declare our taxes, and we lack the receipt for this purchase.

If anyone from Brewer's Friend reads this, please respond, as I feel we are being stonewalled here. I've tried contacting you multiple times, including calling to Cultured Media to whom I know you are affiliated, without success. Any answer is appreciated.
 
Hi guys, very sorry for the delay (and lack of response). Can you each please email me at mail@brewersfriend.com with the details of your purchase (date, PayPal vs. Stripe, your email)? I can go find your transactions and put together a receipt for you.
