Hi , just found a 6 of amber ale that's 16 months old. I bottled this 4/2021. .This has been stored in a stable, dark environment. I put in fridge and when cold will pour a glass. Curious as has this been too long to drink
Thanks,

can see why not. people age beers for 5+ years. as long as it doesnt taste bad or sour.

Howdy all. Amber was excellent. I believe the next time I do an Amber I'll stash it away for a few months. Really smooth, very drinkable and could be a regular beer if next batch turns out as good.. Appreciate everyone's comments

What was the ABV? What do you account for the shelf life?

I age all my beers several months before trying and most into a year before taking space in the kooler! They all age well!
