Bug Report: apostrophe changes to '

I have a recipe called Bit o' Bitter.

In many places, it displays properly. In my brew sessions, the batch code looks fine. In the brew log, it looks fine. Viewing the recipe, it looks fine.

But when I edit the recipe, the name shows up as Bit o' Bitter, and it also shows that way as the recipe name in brew sessions.

I have seen this before too.
As you know I download a lot of the data so I can plug it into my own spreadsheet app and I have to account for several "anomolies" especially in recipe export to text. What looks like an apostrophy is actually a character 146

This is the code I use when reading the downloaded Recipe in text form - if this page allows me to post it..
I can only do this as a graphic the browser rejects direct paste of the code...

So there may be other conversions from the HTML into text format...
