@BOB357 , I think you may have selected my next beer. I have some Mosaic in the fridge right now. The only question is when to put it in.
Boil, Whirlpool, Dry Hop, or all the above.

Id go with ~35% of the IBUs @60 and then a reasonable addition @5 or10, followed by a 20 minute WP and dry hop.

I guess SMaSH really dosen't really specify IPA, Blonde, or whatever. I guess if I was going to do a smash I would want a malt with some charachter like Golden Promise, make it 6%, and hop it like a West Coast IPA with multiple boil hops, small whirlpool addition, and 5 grams per liter dry hop added 1 week in, and ferment it with US-05.
For the hop choice I would like to try El Dorado, have never used it, but have had it in a SMaSH locally.
That's what I would do.
In fact I may have just come up with my next brew after David Heath's ESB.

I just did a SMaSH with GP and Idaho 7. Very tasty

I did a SMaSH with GP, Manderina, and Voss. Amazing!
