It’s worth a brew Tamzy! It was 2.25 gallons net bottled, after losses to trub, hops and tastings along the way. You might start with half or one third of everything by weight, depending on your fermenter volume, and tune it for your expected kettle losses. Let me know if you do!mmmmm, I would definitely try that! I am so new, I have only made two batches (both 1 gallon due to current lack of space) but they turned out good, so I shared them. I like your style. Less ABV and IBU is right in my own ballpark
