Kiss My Czech Prdel, Amber Lager...any suggestions?

A bit too much crystal for my taste however I understand the style can allow for a lot.

Dear god! Not honey malt! Bleccchhh! Even in a small amount, that stuff is an abomination! :D :D Amber Lager should be malty, not syrupy.
No real need for Crystal either but a touch of CaraMunich is nice for rounding out the color and flavor.

I used 8.5% CaraMunich in an Alt recently. Maybe not as sweet as c60. It was a little strong at first but mellowed nicely after a few weeks in keg

I’m a carafa guy but I don’t see why not. I like where you’ve gone with your edited recipe.
I did some midnight wheat in my current Vienna you've seen the color on that and it's not roasty at all I did just at 40g.

Maybe @Bulin's Milker Bucket Brews answering what threw you off with the first two recipies may help crafting this one?

To malty
Underattenuated
To high mash temp
Yeast choice
Even water profile too malty or favouring sulphate
