How to modify FG and ABV calc in brew log?

Hey - 6 brews under my belt...still very new. My recent brew involved a recipe that used Amylo 300 at day zero (when first putting into carboy).
This is a 'magic juice' that brings the FG to 1.000 from, I'm told, from anywhere.
In any event - it works. my OG was 1.042...and the recipe builder, here in this platform, calculated that the FG would be 1.01 (I had no idea where I might enter the enzyme (I believe it's an enzyme...but lord knows) within the recipe and/or if this would permit me to change the projected FG...and, ultimately, the ABV - projected to be 4.18 (with FG of 1.01).

Bottled now - FG is 1.00 - as promised and that calculates ABV to be an actual 5.5%.

How do I modify my brew log (here) to reflect this? I have a notebook with all details, but I like sharing here and would prefer an accurate account for any that might choose to brew something I've added to this database.
