Any feedback? Using hops and yeast I have on hand. Only have 2 oz of saaz and which is why I’m not using more. Specialty malts are to add some body and complexity. I’m usually a German pils kinda guy so this is new territory for me. May mash a bit higher and go with an appropriate water profile.

You going to use flake oats in it?
I'd leave them out.

Not my recipie but Gashslugs no a Bohemian pils but a try at copying Pils Urkel.

Sterling is a US replacement for Saaz, it will do fine in a Bohemian pilsner.
