I got off work early, and it was 94 degrees hot in the shade, so I came home and opened a home brew, my Amber Ale. This beer wasn’t supposed to be opened until Monday (for 2 weeks of conditioning), but I could not resist. Should have taken a picture, but did not. Beer was tasty, with a nice head and a continuous stream of tiny bubbles all the way through. The remarkable thing was the clarity. Next bottle, I will post a pic.

That’s a great beer. Here’s another. So drinkable. I love using this beer as a palate cleanser between Stouts and Porters.
