The usual. The pint is my Bonus Pale Ale that has only been in the keg for 2 days. Amazing what gelatin and a Top Draw can do for quick clarity.

Found an Anchor Brewing variety pack. This is Brewer's pale ale with Galaxy hop blend. It smells resiny, tastes like tangerine, and not very malty. Pleasant body and mouthfeel. Galaxy is a new hop for me (that I know of). Cheers!

They're from San Francisco, but they do have pretty wide distribution in the US. I can't remember off the top of my head how often I saw them on the east coast, but Anchor Steam is definitely their most well-known beer. They also have a popular Christmas beer. Their Liberty Ale helped put pale ales and the Cascade hop on the map.

Embrace the murk. i think I pushed this framgarden yeast hard this brew the yeast has totally dominated the beer. It has a fruity crisp tartness too it which is refreshing this time of year.
