Hi, just got into brewing after being gifted a whole heap of apples from a farmer who lets me hunt on his land, didn't know what to do with them except turn them into cider!

Came across this site whilst doing a bit of research and looking for a brix calculator, found my way to the forum and seems like something I should be spending time on.
