My tap water is very high in chloride so I usually just use distilled water, but for an NEIPA I understand that a ratio of sulfate to chloride could easily be around 1:3 or more. So that being said, does the water profile pictured below as well as the few mineral additions look like it would work ok for an NEIPA? Thanks!

Oh, also it's been over a year since I had my tap water tested by Ward Labs. Does a municipal tap water profile ever change, or can I assume my levels are still the same as last year?

Chloride to sulfate ratio is good between 2:1 to 3:1. Curious as to why you are adding baking powder?
As far as your source water changing or not, I am not sure about that.

Hey, good call about the baking soda. I removed it, and then lowered the amount of lactic acid to keep the pH the same, and the results below look better. Thanks!
