Hey guys!
First off, you have all been super helpful with all the problems that stem up for new brewers, so thank you. With my first beer kegged and delicious, I want to try to make a lower gravity version of one of my favorite beers, hazy little thing. I've checked the sierra nevada website, and put together my best guess at a recipe that will be similar, just a little lighter. Looking for any and all critiques (sorry it is extract, I haven't upgraded my equipment to all grain yet!). I'll be using filtered water with campden tablets, and will be using either us04 or us05.
Thanks guys!
