I'm new to all grain brewing but am keen to play around with my own pale ale recipes. I've come up with the following recipe, does it look like i'm heading in the right direction? Thanks in advance.

Brew Method: All Grain
Style Name: American Pale Ale
Boil Time: 60 min
Batch Size: 20 liters (fermentor volume)
Boil Size: 27 liters
Boil Gravity: 1.036
Efficiency: 75% (brew house)

STATS:
Original Gravity: 1.049
Final Gravity: 1.014
ABV (standard): 4.62%
IBU (tinseth): 52.12
SRM (morey): 5.69

FERMENTABLES:
3.8 kg - United Kingdom - Maris Otter Pale (92%)
205 g - United Kingdom - Wheat (5%)
125 g - United Kingdom - Cara Malt (3%)

HOPS:
18 g - Northern Brewer, Type: Leaf/Whole, AA: 11, Use: Boil for 60 min, IBU: 25.84
15 g - Citra, Type: Leaf/Whole, AA: 11, Use: Boil for 10 min, IBU: 7.81
15 g - Cascade, Type: Leaf/Whole, AA: 7, Use: Boil for 10 min, IBU: 4.97
15 g - Citra, Type: Leaf/Whole, AA: 11, Use: Whirlpool for 0 min at 95 °C, IBU: 8.25
15 g - Cascade, Type: Leaf/Whole, AA: 7, Use: Whirlpool for 0 min at 95 °C, IBU: 5.25
15 g - Citra, Type: Leaf/Whole, AA: 11, Use: Dry Hop for 5 days
15 g - Cascade, Type: Leaf/Whole, AA: 7, Use: Dry Hop for 5 days

MASH GUIDELINES:
1) Infusion, Temp: 68 C, Time: 90 min, Amount: 18 L, Strike water 73C
2) Sparge, Temp: 78 C, Amount: 13.5 L, Strike water for sparge
Starting Mash Thickness: 2.5 L/kg

OTHER INGREDIENTS:
5 g - irish moss, Time: 15 min, Type: Fining, Use: Boil

YEAST:
Fermentis / Safale - American Ale Yeast US-05
Starter: No
Form: Dry
Fermentation Temp: 18 C
 
only thing I see is the northern brewer hops, doesn't really go good for an ipa, you might try something else like Centennial or Chinook for the 60 minute
 
Thanks for the feedback guys. I have some Chinook open so think I'll use that instead.
