Title says it all. I usually use Hallertau M. but am almost out and open to suggestion.

Tettanger for sure. Saaz can be unpredictable and doesn’t keep as well as Tettnang. German tradition is also reliable.
 
Magnum, hallertau mitt, sterling. I guess that’s 3...

Can't do it...some lagers are Helles or IPL and require a milder hop presence and flavor and some are Pils style that simply must have the spicy punch. Not to mention that most noble hops are low alpha and much larger quantities are required for bittering.
For me it's the big 3...Magnum, Mittlefruh and Saaz.

Thats not a bad question there Craig hmmm id go Galaxy but ive never done bittering with it so id late addition it:confused::rolleyes:.
 
I have not used galaxy, it is hard to get here, and when it is available it is very spendy
