Returning to Homebrewing after 13 years. Very much an amateur brewer. I enjoy pitting my wits against the ingredients, the weather and my kit. Hitting the numbers and pouring the first one is very satisfying. I love football (soccer) and coach from ages 5 to 18. Brewing gives a nice relaxing alternative.
