Homebrewing for 29 years. Brewed pro for 9 glorious months and 20 batches on a 10 barrel system, but the restaurant side of the business failed. So back to the real world. President of Yeast Coasters homebrew club, because no one else will. BJCP recognized judge but lost interest in it.
Sometimes I brew by taste, kitchen sink beers, sometimes to style and by the numbers.
I make a lot of my equipment.
Normal batch size is 10 gallon all grain. I welded up a 75 gallon mash tun and 80 gallon kettle for group brews. Lots of fun to make 2 barrels of beer.
