A 1 gallon batch with 2,5 lb honey gives me an OG of 1.090 when measuring, but the recipe editor suggests an OG of 1.105. Is it something in my equipment profiles that I should adjust?

The honey isn't heated at all, just added when the water has cooled to about 104F.

To comparison, the mead calculator at godmead.com always get it right, but doesn't have all the details in the recipe builder in brewer's friend.

The sugar content of honey varies widely. Yours seems to have a very low content of 36 ppg. Set up a custom fermentable with a ppg of 36.

Looks like it should be easy for you to measure the actual sugar content of your honey for every batch. Dissolve 1 lb into 1 gallon of water and the resulting gravity tells you the points. This honey should show 1.036

It's possible the recipe editor is treating honey like malt and making the resulting volume calculations incorrectly, but that's not as much of an issue as the default ppg of 42. That's a 13% discrepancy
