Notes
Bring 14.5 qts water to 172 degrees. Pour over grains and temp should drop to about 154. Mash for 60 min. Sparge with 13 qts water at 170 degrees. With loss of water to grains, it should come out to about 6.5 gallons for boil. Boil, adding honey at 60 min and add hops accordingly.
