Notes

Boil:
See hope schedule.
Whirfloc at 15 mins.

5.5 gallons at end of boil, but only 3.25 made it into the fermenter using the mesh and spigot on boil kettle. About 2 gallons of trub left in boil kettle. Do not know if that is good material or not.
First OG reading was 1.072. Added 1 gallon of tap water (to 4.25). Then, OG = 1.062. Added 1 more quart of tap water.
Official OG = 1.058

Next time, do 8-8.5 gallon boil, so end up with 6.5-7 gallons in boil pot. That way, we might get 5 gallons into fermenter.

Feb 8. Dry hop with 1 oz whole leaf Centennial hops (9.6 AA).

2/15/15-Kegged and bottled (~1 gal). Priming sugar in keg was 69 grams (2.5 vols C02). Priming sugar in bottles was 20 grams (2.5 grams C02).

FG = 1.010, ABV=~6.3-6.4
