Toombstone • 02/16/2018 at 07:15am I tried this with 250g of lactose, it needs more like 400g to bring that lovely milk sweetness. This is very smooth & a good session beer, great body & mouth feel but no noticeable bitterness as you would expect.

Toombstone • 09/02/2020 at 05:28pm Hi Django, the way I use it is to pour some onto a large spoon and carefully submerge into the boiling wort a few minutes before the end. Just long enough for it to melt and mix all together.
