Notes

V1.0 Tasting Notes: This beer was one of the best beers I have ever made. Made in January 2014; will make again.

V2.0 Tasting notes: So much less body in this beer. It is the caramunich 3 for certain. Would bump up the mash temps to 158 and would add more melanoidin and unfermentables. The beer is just a bit thin for the guidelines, it needs the body to justify the lack of hops. Look for what to do again in version 1 not this one.
