Notes

Hit 155F on average. Pitched 2 packets of safale 04, maybe 3 in the future would be better? We shall see, might have to repitch some yeast to finish it off. Beer didn't attenuate as much as I would have wanted so I am going to pitch a starter of wyeast Scottish ale to get a bit more attenuation. Stalled at 1.040 and want it around 30.
