Notes

Carbed and tapped on 5/17/13. Nice! Needs a bit more fresh orange peel. Over all well balanced and very drinkable for an 8% brew.

New addition for 3/28/13 brew. Adding lime peel and using freshly zested clementine peel.

Add Orange Blossom honey at 10 minutes to flame out. Crush Coriander seed with a mortar and pestle and add to a herb ball for the 10 min. boil.

Brewed on 6/28/12. Kegged 2 weeks later. Carbed on 8/16/12. Great orange notes with a hint of the Coriander. The first attempt on this I boiled it for only 5 min. I have changed the recipe to 10 min. Overall a great refreshing beer! 8/30/12 The orange has mellowed and the Coriander has picked up some on flovor. I will still extend the boil to see how it effects the recipe.
