Notes
Pitch a starter with 2 sachets of S-23 lager yeast. Oxygenate well. Im using NZ Hallautau hops which are AA 7. If you use german at AA 4 increase your hops to gain the same IBU. This should not be a hoppy beer.
Boil 90mins, this will help reduce DMS in the beer.
Fermentation temp is critical, 10deg celcius. Ferment, 2nd ferment and lager for 4 weeks. Then drink!
