Notes

The "light" ME is actually 3.15 lb Briess Maris Otter.
Grain bag was sparged in 1 gal water at 160 F. Munich ME was then added to that water, which was then boiled 10 min for sterilizing.
Yeast was harvested from previous batch, White Edinburgh liquid. The dark DME (6 oz) was in the yeast starter. This batch was kegged and drunk between July and October, 2014. One critical taster deemed it "oxidized."
