Notes

-Don't trust bitterness ratios for IPA's. They're all over the place. Seems like most agree that anything over 100 ibu's is pretty bitter. Shoot 70-90 for sweeter.

-Shoot high attenuation?

-For high alcohol brews, add sugar for easily fermentable yeast food.

-Higher mash temp= higher FG since more non-fermentable sugars added. Lower mash = lower FG.

-Had to use 3 yeast packets since no starter =/
