Notes

As an extract batch in 2013, it was a quite good semi-sweet porter. Both the Pumpkin and the banana are subtle in what was originally an English porter.

Version B: Brewed on 10/5/14, all grain.
Cracked the first bottle 10/22/14. Not bad. Both pumpkin and banana are again subtle - hidden by the black malt. I way under-carbonated, and need to work on that. I was worried the cinnamon would be too strong, but it's not that bad either. Good beer, not great. Try again next year; I really like the idea.

I'll add maltodextrin next year for more body, and lighten it up - the current recipe reflects the change.
