Subbed in 2.5lb Cherry-wood smoked from the 2-row amount. Slight, nice smoke balance just like my buddy wanted. Light smoke produces a slight bacon note. WLP007 yeast. Used only local Magnum hops that were thrown in when we felt like it throughout the boil.
