Been brewing since '96. Last few years has been all grain brewing, but still sticking with 5 gallon batches because I like variety and 5 gallons is enough before moving on. :) I Enjoy creating my own recipe's. My 3 keg fridge always has something hoppy and something dark in 2 of the kegs. The third is usually an oddity, right now a chamomile honey hefeweizen.
