I started brewing in fall of 2010. I quickly grew my love of brewing from partial mashes to all grain and from there I decided it was time to be bold. I enjoy experimenting and trying new things. I rarely brew from the supply store recipe boxes, but rather take inspiration from other recipes and try and make them my own. I'm not biased toward one particular style of beer, but so far have only brewed ales.
Bold and out of the box thinking. I like beers that are easy to drink but have lots of flavor. I have experimented with additives. One of my personal favorites was an oak aged vanilla bourbon porter made with real vanilla bean and Buffalo Trace bourbon.
