2 Packs of Notty

How would I add 2 packs of nottingham yeast to my recipe?

Also, I did not make a starter with these but I did rehydrate them...does that need to be taken into account per the recipe?

Adjust the pitching rate?

Probably best to add it to the notes field too.

From what I understand, extra yeast doesn't really affect the numbers that the recipe editor shows and uses. It's more of a process thing as far as the software is concerned

dry yeast and even starters do not effect the gravity, its only there for your information

unless of course you underpitch and poor lil buggers stall out on you , 2 packs of notty should go nuts and rip through most worts
