So the worst part about using bottles for homebrew is having to add sugar back to the beer to create the co2 in the bottle because it leaves the waste at the bottom. The only suitable solution I can find to create a cleaner bottle doing home brew is to use a keg as a filter since c02 is infused. It&#039;s a lot of extra work to bottle clean beer. Does anyone make a co2 delivery gun which can administer just enough co2 to get the desired carbonation without making a giant mess, or is there another way to get the c02 in the bottle without using a sugar solution? The big boys can do it, Why can&#039;t we?</description>
